RTX is seeking an entry level Finance Program Cost Controls Analyst (P1) to support a portfolio of programs within Program Controls. The role involves cost control, budgeting, and forecasting using SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse, with exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and EAC processes.

The position is hybrid (onsite & remote) with candidates preferred in the U.S. Eastern or Central Time zones, and relocation is not provided. Requires a Bachelor's degree and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics and less than 2 years of business experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support across startup to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Assist with EAC, IOT processing, and budget creation using SAP/APEX and Business Warehouse.
• Support variance analysis and financial reporting for program funding profiles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Data Analytics
