Job summary

RTX, a global aerospace and defense leader, seeks a Finance Analyst for Domestic Patriot Production programs. You will work with production program teams on financial, contractual, execution, and resource decisions, ensuring financial excellence across EV, EACs, and planning processes.

The role requires multi-tasking, communication skills, and strong finance fundamentals in the aerospace/defense context. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available in the US.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s & a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Estimates At Complete (EAC) and/or Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience with SAP APEX, MS Analysis for Office, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial strategy and execution across a dynamic portfolio of programs and captures.
• Quarterly EACs of required programs and related financial planning.
• Guide program startup, baseline development, project build out and EV implementation.
• Compile, validate and deliver recurring & non-recurring EV deliverables.
• Monthly forecast development and presentation (FP&A).
• Support long range and annual operating plans development.
• Analyze key financial data and metrics for decision making.
• Align information between proposals, EV, EACs, and financial forecasts.
