Aon plc seeks a Surety Account Manager II to manage key client accounts, coordinate with carriers, and deliver bond programs with precision and compliance. The role blends technical surety expertise with proactive client advisory duties and market involvement.

You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate bond issuance, onboarding, and training, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Maintain Notary Public designation and hold the appropriate Producer license.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to collaborate with clients, carriers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage selected accounts with minimal supervision and sound judgment.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to deliver bond programs accurately and compliantly.
• Prepare and process bond instruments in line with underwriting guidelines and client expectations.
• Advise and mentor internal staff on bond forms, indemnity requirements, and program structures.
• Ensure timely collection and organization of underwriting information for carrier decisions.
