Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager for Surety to service client accounts and coordinate with Client Executives and teammates. You will handle day-to-day client needs, prepare surety-related materials, and support bond issuance across bid, performance, and payment processes.

-successfully manage client files, maintain communications, and collaborate with carriers to deliver timely, accurate services.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day client servicing for specified accounts.
• Prepare and send proposals to surety carriers; track results.
• Maintain client files and agency records in the AMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts.
• Collaborate with Client Executive on accuracy of source documents.
• Answer billing questions with support from Accounting as needed.
• Assist Account Management Team as assigned.
