Job summary

Aon is seeking a Surety Account Manager III in Chicago to manage a portfolio of bond clients, deliver underwriting guidance, and coordinate with carriers and clients across multi-state programs.

You will act as a technical lead, mentor teammates, and drive execution quality while maintaining data integrity in AonBondLink and related systems. This hybrid role requires three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in risk management, insurance, and/or surety.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and operational services for a portfolio of surety bond clients.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients on complex bond programs and underwriting submissions.
• Maintain data integrity in AonBondLink and bond files.
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements.
