Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager, Surety to service client accounts under the guidance of Client Executives and fellow Account Managers. The role involves day-to-day client servicing, preparing materials for presentations, and handling surety bonds including bid, performance and payment bonds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service and/or industry experience in insurance or commercial lines.
• P&C license required or in process.
• Experience with CRM systems; EPIC preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts.
• Prepare and send RFPs to surety carriers; compile results.
• Lead review of carrier documents with the Client Executive.
• Create and maintain client files in the agency system.
• Answer billing questions with support from Accounting when needed.
