Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with internal stakeholders
Monitor supplier delivery performance using KPIs and drive corrective actions
Lead supplier development and continuous improvement to improve delivery, quality, responsiveness
Act as primary logistics and supply chain representative within supplier account teams
Develop supplier capacity and flexibility plans to support current and future production
Evaluate supplier capabilities and implement improvement strategies
Lead supply chain escalations and coordinate stakeholders to resolve disruptions
Influence stakeholders across global organizations to align on strategic initiatives
