Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years managing suppliers, global factories, or commodity-based supply chains.
• 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, operations, or manufacturing.
• 4+ years ERP/SAP experience.
• 4+ years supplier performance management or supplier development.
• 3+ years leading process improvement or procurement optimization.
• 3+ years analyzing operational data and delivering reports.
• 5+ years supporting complex manufacturing or high-tech supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement to support production demand.
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and monitor delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement, inventory, and manufacturing strategies.
• Develop supplier plans to ensure material availability aligns with forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shortages and constraints.
• Analyze supplier performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and process flow documents for initiatives.
• Monitor product costs and support cost-reduction programs.
