Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in project management, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, planning, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing concepts; familiarity with S&OP/IBP, capacity planning, or manufacturing strategy processes preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting growth, manufacturing optimization, customer transitions, and network strategy initiatives.
• Develop project charters, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Ensure projects are executed on schedule while maintaining service, cost, inventory, and operational performance targets.
• Coordinate project feasibility, transition readiness, and issue resolution with Operations, Planning, Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and S&OP teams.
