Actalent is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory accuracy, material availability, and warehouse performance at our West Hartford facility. You will spend substantial time on the production floor, ensuring ERP discipline and supporting SAP S/4HANA transition efforts.

You will manage a team across shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory, partnering with production leadership to maintain uninterrupted production and efficient material movement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP process improvements.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and improve inventory accuracy.
• Hands-on leadership style in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Improve inventory accuracy and drive material flow improvements.
• Lead warehouse, inventory, and shipping/receiving teams.
• Build accountability and operational discipline within the team.
• Partner directly with production leaders to ensure uninterrupted production and efficient material movement.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA transition and future-state supply chain transformation efforts.
