Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Political Science, CS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to work across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn in a professional setting.
• Interest in compliance, legal, regulatory, risk, or financial services functions.
• Comfort with technology tools including AI-enabled solutions and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and legal teams with research, analysis, reporting, and special projects.
• Assist with monitoring, testing, oversight activities, and regulatory initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Explore AI-enabled tools and automation to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, and other functions.
• Learn tasks within the assigned team while understanding the regulatory environment.
• Propose ideas to resolve challenges and improve processes.
• Develop and deliver an industry-related project presentation to senior management.
