Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Political Science, CS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to work across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a professional environment.
• Interest in compliance, legal, regulatory, risk, or financial services functions.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, automation, or visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and legal teams with research, analysis, reporting, and special projects.
• Assist with compliance monitoring, testing, oversight activities, and regulatory initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the team.
• Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation solutions, to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, and other business functions to gather information and support ongoing initiatives.
• Learn and complete tasks within your assigned team while developing an understanding of the financial services and regulatory environment.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to solve business challenges and improve existing processes.
• Develop and deliver an industry-related project presentation to senior management and peers.
