Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
• Demonstrated experience with financial models, large datasets, or quantitative analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while building relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with financial reporting systems or Essbase is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting materials.
• Develop understanding of Global Wealth & Asset Management businesses such as Retail, Retirement and Institutional Advisory.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Assist in developing new reports, metrics, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Contribute to management reporting for business units and investor relations teams.
• Support creation of financial and non-financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Perform data analysis with accuracy and financial integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance partners and cross-functional stakeholders on reporting initiatives.
