The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Student Services Specialist - Advanced to provide essential administrative and operational support for Public Policy’s undergraduate and graduate programs in Chapel Hill, NC. You will manage admissions, enrollment, funding, and records while coordinating across campus partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration with faculty, graduate administration, and student services teams to ensure program success and student outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience supporting undergraduate and/or graduate students including graduate student funding administration and student services operations.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate institutional policies and procedures to students, faculty and staff.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, departmental leadership and campus partners to support student success and graduate education initiatives.

Mansioni

• Coordinate student recruitment and admissions, registration and scheduling across undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Oversee funding administration, academic records, student communications, enrollment and degree progress.
• Provide primary administrative and operational support for the department’s academic programs.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Graduate School, finance and HR staff and campus partners to support student success.
