Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate students on financial aid and balance status and counsel on eligibility.
• Review student accounts and advise on payment plans, billing, scholarships, FAFSA, and counseling.
• Assist with FAFSA completion and Direct Loan program counseling.
• Participate in on-campus events to promote financial wellness.
• Create and update financial aid policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and retention efforts through outreach to students.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
