Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Structural Engineering Professional to join our design team. You will support structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, collaborating closely with leads and engineers across disciplines to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant solutions.

You will build design concepts, perform modeling, and help communicate requirements on paper and in 3D models, while growing your skills in multiple civil engineering areas within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification.
• Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes: IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for projects under supervision.
• Develop design concepts and finalize analysis and modeling.
• Review calculations and ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with Structural Lead, other engineers, and designers across disciplines.
