Jacobs is seeking a Structural Engineer for our Guaynabo, Puerto Rico team. You will contribute to the structural design of new state-of-the-art facilities and upgrades, guided by a mentoring team.

This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely delivery across North America. Bring a Bachelor’s in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural focus, plus at least 4 years of experience, EIT, and strong knowledge of structural software (STAAD.Pro, Ram Elements, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a Structural focus.
• At least 4 years of Structural Engineering Experience.
• Experience in the analysis and design of building structures.
• Engineer in Training (EIT)
• STAAD.Pro, Ram Elements, RISA, or other structural analytical software
• AutoCAD drafting and 3D/BIM modeling. Autodesk REVIT

Responsibilities

• Support on projects involving structural design for state‑of‑the‑art facilities and upgrades.
• Maintain schedule and technical quality of routine engineering tasks, aligning with client expectations, scope, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, communicate scope and design changes promptly.
