American Bible Society in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning to lead enterprise-wide strategy for attracting and developing a Christ-centered workforce aligned with our mission and values.

The role partners with HR, finance, and senior leadership to translate ministry strategy into practical people decisions; requires overseeing talent acquisition and workforce planning with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and strategic staffing.

Qualifications

• Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related HR functions.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms (ADP preferred), and workforce analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead an integrated talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s mission and priorities.
• Lead and develop the talent acquisition team and partner with senior leaders to design roles and hiring approaches.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment across ministry, leadership, professional, technical, and support roles; ensure quality and candidate experience.
