Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist in Indianapolis, IN, to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field roles across the United States. You will partner with business leaders, influence hiring strategy, and drive exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, and mentoring junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, operations, or skilled trades roles.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills; excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple disciplines and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and events.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs; conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers throughout the process.
• Maintain job postings across platforms and ensure compliance with employment laws.
