Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of two years recruitment experience.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates and conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with department managers to define staffing goals and job requirements.
• Post openings on recruitment platforms and prepare interview materials.
• Build a network of potential hires and maintain candidate data with ATS.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and employment laws throughout recruitment.
