Confidential seeks an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and procurement initiatives across professional services. You will partner with senior stakeholders to develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization and commercial excellence.

Responsibilities include leading RFIs/RFPs, negotiating agreements, drafting SOWs and MSAs, performing spend analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with complex, high-value sourcing projects.
• Knowledge of management/strategy consulting procurement.
• Experience with large global consulting firms.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools.

Responsibilities
