Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors seeks an experienced procurement leader to own and optimize our strategic sourcing program across professional services, corporate services, marketing, and HR categories. You will drive category strategies, lead RFI/RFP processes, and partner with Legal and Compliance on contract strategy.

We value strong negotiation, spend analytics, and supplier governance, with a focus on cost containment and value for money in a multinational asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management or category management.
• Experience acrossProfessional Services, Corporate Services, Marketing/Client Services, and HR spend categories.
• Track record in contingent workforce strategy and supplier governance.
• Strong ability to analyze pricing, TCO, and supplier proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to business priorities and budgets.
• Lead sourcing events including RFIs/RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Own renewal planning, identify consolidation opportunities, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure value for money and service levels.
• Support legal/service spend management and panel strategies.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives, renewals, and negotiations concurrently.
• Analyze spend data to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Legal on contract negotiation strategy and escalation points.
• Coordinate with Security, Compliance, HR, and other teams for due diligence.
