Job summary

Aristocrat seeks a Sr. Category Manager – Professional Services to craft sourcing strategies and drive value across consulting, recruitment, legal, and advisory services. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, and build governance with senior business partners.

You will leverage spend analytics, market intelligence, and supplier data to guide decisions while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic sourcing and category management background.
• Experience with professional services categories (consulting, recruitment, legal, etc.).
• Advanced negotiation and contracting capabilities.
• Familiarity with spend analytics and supplier governance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and uphold category strategies for Professional Services aligned to priorities.
• Analyze spend, supplier landscapes, demand patterns, and market intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including discovery, market analysis, evaluation, and implementation.
• Negotiate master services agreements, SLAs, and complex service arrangements.
• Develop supplier segmentation and governance models based on spend and risk.
• Advise senior leaders and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
