Director/Director, you will perform strategic and quantitative analyses, conduct due diligence, structure transactions, and coordinate with our Finance, Tax, Legal, and HR teams to enable closing. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or venture capital.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-ready presentations with strategic framing, analysis and recommendations.
• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition or investment opportunities with business and product teams.
• Conduct rigorous valuation analyses and business/integration case modeling.
• Quarter-back due diligence for potential targets and evaluate results.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal and HR to enable deal closure.
