Qualifications

• Strategic, quantitative, and financial modelling skills with data-driven analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify value drivers and communicate actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions for SIE with business units and strategy teams.
• Provide market insights to support strategy and M&A activities.
• Construct business cases and develop detailed valuation models for potential transactions.
• Prepare presentations outlining strategic rationale for transactions.
• Participate in cross-functional due diligence and manage projects from diligence to signing and integration.
• Present business cases to senior management for project approval.
• Collaborate with post-merger integration and operations teams to ensure transaction success.
• Build relationships across SIE and Sony businesses to identify opportunities.
