EarnIn is seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join our Corporate Development team and drive strategic growth through high-impact transactions. You will support the full lifecycle of deals, from screening to integration planning, with strong emphasis on financial modeling and valuation.

The role requires 2+ years in investment banking or equivalent and excellent communication skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,936 - $184,478 + equity + benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Sell-side experience in M&A including financial modeling, valuation and due diligence.
• Strong financial, research, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end M&A process: target screening, due diligence, valuation, integration planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and KPIs to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and board.
• Work with finance, legal, operations and external advisors to ensure execution.
• Assist in post-merger integration planning to realize synergies.
