Job summary

PayPal's Corporate Development team in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions that advance strategic and financial objectives. You will work with senior leaders to understand division priorities, lead diligence, build deal models, and run valuation analyses from idea to integration.

You'll support investment memos, monitor portfolio KPIs, and collaborate across functions to inform executive and board decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or similar.
• Fintech, consumer tech, or consumer financial services background helpful.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills including DCF, comps, and accretion/dilution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of deal activities and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos and support financial model analysis.
• Monitor portfolio companies and track KPIs.
• Support preparation of presentations and collaboration across teams.
• Provide market and financial analysis insights to inform decisions.
