Job summary

Holland America Line is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organization, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive performance and engagement.

The role partners with executives to design organizational effectiveness, succession planning, talent management, and change initiatives, while ensuring compliance and helping foster an inclusive Culture Essentials framework across Holland America Line and Seabourn.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to leaders, aligning people strategies with priorities.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Guide employee relations, performance management and culture initiatives.
• Ensure HR programs, policies and governance meet compliance and business needs.
