Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support acquisitions, investments, divestitures and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will work with the Corporate Development team and senior leaders through market assessment, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years of M&A or corporate development experience.
• Experience analyzing or executing mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and divestitures.
• Conduct company, industry, market, and competitive research.
• Build and maintain financial models, including valuation, transaction, and returns analyses.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management and transaction-approval committees.
• Support due diligence by coordinating internal workstreams and external advisors.
