Qualifications

4+ years of work experience; MBA preferred.
Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategy function.
Excellent quantitative analytical skills and creative problem solving; strong business sense.
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills; ability to lead and support teams.

Responsabilités

Lead joint problem-solving with mid- and senior-level business partners.
Assess core strategic questions through research, interviews, and data-driven analysis.
Own significant portions of strategy development and provide actionable insights.
Engage with stakeholders across business units to develop recommendations and outcomes.
Stay current with competitive landscapes and trends; deliver high-impact presentations to senior management.
Leverage AI to drive faster insights and evaluate new tools for research and prototyping.
