Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in Wilmington. You will design, implement, and administer compensation programs to ensure equity, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

The role conducts market analyses, evaluates job classifications, and provides data-driven insights to support talent strategies. Responsibilities include leading the annual bonus plan, merit matrix development, and compensation policy maintenance, using Workday and HRIS to generate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of compensation experience, including surveys and evaluations.
• CCP designation preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions with business lines.
• Serve as compensation SME; advise on pay decisions and policies.
• Perform job evaluations using market data and determine pay grades.
• Lead the Common Review process and ensure guideline compliance.
• Lead the Annual Bonus Plan process and coordinate payouts.
• Assist in developing the annual merit matrix.
• Review changes to variable pay plans for market competitiveness.
• Conduct FLSA exemption tests for compliance.
• Use HRIS to run compensation reports and analyze data.
• Approve compensation data changes for payroll processing.
• Maintain and update compensation guidelines and policies.
• Complete salary surveys and advise on procurement.
• Gather data for merit budget and salary range movements.
• Support integration activities for compensation items.
• Update geographic differentials and zones.
