Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support total rewards strategy through analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. You will conduct market research, support job architecture, and develop recommendations to attract, engage, and retain key talent across our organization.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to leverage data and benchmarks, identifying trends and driving informed pay decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of compensation or HR experience, focusing on hourly or broad-based pay programs.
• Experience with HRIS/compensation systems such as UKG, Workday, ERI, MarketPay/PayFactors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, pay ranges, and reporting.
• Advise on pay philosophy, program design, and total rewards strategy.
• Translate data into clear insights for leaders and managers across levels.
• Support job evaluation, job leveling, merit, and compensation planning cycles.
