Job summary

Arrowhead Automotive, a division of Brown & Brown Insurance, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Strategic Account Management and Sales Teams. You will handle service requests for high-revenue customers and provide administrative support for new and renewal business.

Qualifications

• Three to five years customer service experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Associate's degree plus two to three years insurance agency experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn multiple computer applications and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle urgent and complex customer requests.
• Consult with Customers, Carrier Partners, Account Managers and Producers.
• Process policy service items per SLAs (certificates, ID cards, endorsements, loss runs).
• Assist with new and renewal business processing and administration as needed.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
