Arrowhead Automotive is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Strategic Account Management and Sales Teams by handling service requests for top revenue customers. The role includes routine customer service tasks and administrative support for new and renewal business within our agency.

This position emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and collaboration with Account Managers, Producers, and Carrier Partners in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in customer service, or a related field.
• Associate’s degree and 2–3 years insurance agency experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn multiple computer applications.
• Takes initiative to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort in a high-volume, production environment; property & casualty license preferred (required within 90 days).

Responsabilidades

• Handle urgent and complex customer requests.
• Consult with Customers, Carrier Partners, Account Managers, and Producers.
• Process policy service items per SLAs (certificates of insurance, ID cards, endorsements, loss runs).
• Assist with new and renewal business processing and administration.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
