Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant disability claims experience.

• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of STD/SDI/AM claims desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make timely, accurate STD, SDI, and AM claim decisions. Gather information from clinical, vocational, employer, financial sources and others.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in claim systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech with internal and external parties.
• Collaborate with team to meet or exceed performance metrics.
