You will build pipelines, engage candidates, screen and interview, coach temporaries, and ensure timely, high-quality placements while maintaining strong client relationships and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in sales, HR, or a service industry; recruitment/account management is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
