Qualifications

• 1+ years of Employee Relations/Investigations experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
• Knowledgeable of Human Resources best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-depth investigations of HR matters with impartial results.
• Provide guidance on personnel practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Handle staff complaints and guide supervisors on policy interpretation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and company guidelines.
• Develop reports using Ethics Point and conduct data analysis.
