Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Staff Relations Specialist (temporary) to partner with HR and operations, coordinating accommodation-related processes and supporting critical business workflows enterprise-wide.

You will help transition cases, track activities, and develop tools and resources to drive consistency and improve staff experience while supporting operational needs. The role emphasizes communication, service, ethics, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Staff Relations, leave administration, project coordination, or related support.
• Experience supporting ADA, return-to-work accommodations, interactive process, or case-management workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across HR, operations, and business functions.
• Experience creating and maintaining procedures, maps, workflows, templates, reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for tracking and reporting.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, implementations, or process-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Return-to-Work and Interactive Process initiatives and coordinate next steps and communications.
• Develop and maintain workflows, templates, communications, and documentation for case management after leave ends.
• Assist AbsenceSoft implementation with process mapping, testing, and readiness activities.
• Coordinate Staff Relations initiatives and department projects, including Harassment-Free Environment and ProStart.
