Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Payroll experience with ADP and payroll systems preferred.
• ERP experience with Sage Intacct required.
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP and internal controls knowledge.
• AI/automation mindset to streamline accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Post journal entries related to payroll, benefits, and accounts payable.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for key general ledger accounts.
• Prepare accruals and variance analysis for month-end close.
• Coordinate with global payroll providers for timely processing.
• Generate payroll-related reports for audits and tax filings.
• Review tax filings and year-end 1099/1096 reports for accuracy.
• Maintain AP internal controls and support audits.
• Assist automation of AP and procurement processes.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for accounting and payroll.
