ARCH Medical Solutions – Lehigh Valley in Blandon, PA seeks a Staff Accountant to support two sites with hybrid work and weekly inter-site travel to Whitehall and Blandon. You will handle AR/AP, billing/collections, GL review, bank reconciliations, and monthly reports.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 3–5 years manufacturing accounting experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, manufacturing setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and basic accounting.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities; team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain GL expense accounts and process AR/AP for two sites.
• Administer billing/collections and cash accounting, including bank reconciliations.
• Produce various accounting and financial reports for two locations.
• Reconcile customer AR balances and review vendor invoices.
• Assist with monthly closings and annual audit support.
• Support intercompany balances and inventory-related tasks.
