ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley in Blandon, PA is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage general ledger expenses, AR/AP processes, billing, and cash accounting. The role emphasizes accurate reporting, month-end closings, and collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills. This on-site position offers growth opportunities, PTO, holidays, and a competitive 401(k) with company match.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of accounting, AP/AR, or related experience preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting of daily cash and weekly aging balance.
• Resolve billing differences with customers and internal teams.
• Reconcile customer A/R balances with electronic billing systems.
• Post and review cash receipts, AR, and AP invoices; assist monthly closings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances monthly.
• Support monthly financial close and audit activities.
