Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions seeks an Accounting Specialist to manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reviews, billing and cash reconciliation at our Lehigh Valley location. The role emphasizes timely financial reporting and collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in accounting, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, and strong analytical skills to support monthly closings and audits. On-site role with growth opportunities and a commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting, AP/AR, or related experience preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain general ledger expense accounts.
• Administer, review, and process accounts receivable and payable.
• Administer billing/collections and cash accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial closings and reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances.
• Assist with audits and yearly inventory counts.
• Collaborate with HR on employee loan reconciliations.
• Support staff with accounting tasks and ad hoc projects.
