Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume accounts payable processing.
• Experience reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, research outstanding items.
• Maintain organized vendor files and proper general ledger coding.
• Support month-end close with AP reports, accruals, and GL reconciliations.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and finance to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
