Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC in Arizona seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up. You will develop individualized plans and provide one-on-one family sessions, coordinating care across settings.

You will monitor progress, document notes, and advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces. The role supports hybrid service delivery with in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Must meet all professional conduct rules for SLP licensure.
• Completion of AzEIP Standards of Practice within three years of start date required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide one-on-one family sessions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces
• Stay updated on latest research in speech therapy
• Flexible schedules and hybrid service provision (in-person and virtual)
