Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a hybrid role serving a school community near Phoenix, AZ. The position blends remote work with on-site interaction with students.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and CCC or CFY in progress, with pediatric and school-based experience preferred. You will collaborate with educators and families to develop IEPs and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid SLP state licensure or ability to obtain before start date.
• ASHA CCC or CFY in progress.
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred.
• Comfort with a diverse K-12 caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Deliver direct therapy on-site 2–4 days a week; remote therapy as part of hybrid schedule.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals to develop and update IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports.
• Advocate for student success and inclusive classroom participation.
