Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat children aged 3 and older. You will develop individualized therapy plans, conduct family sessions, and monitor progress across home, school, and community settings.

The role requires ongoing documentation, collaboration with families, and staying current with research in speech therapy. Flexible schedules include hybrid in-person and virtual service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Therapy and eligibility for licensure/certification as an SLP.
• Completion of AzEIP Standards of Practice within three years of start date.
• Background check clear and ability to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide one-on-one family sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocate for patient needs in schools or workplaces.
• Stay updated on research and advancements in speech therapy.
• Be open to flexible schedules including hybrid in-person and virtual services.
