Job summary

Topaz HR Advisory is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for hybrid school-based roles in Avondale, Arizona. Four days in-person, one remote day weekly. Help students reach IEP goals with comprehensive evaluations and tailored therapy sessions.

Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, AZ license/eligibility, and at least 1 year of experience; pediatric focus and strong communication skills are essential. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with early intervention strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists for hybrid school-based positions in Avondale, Arizona. This role includes four days working in person and one remote workday each week. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them develop essential communication skills and achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

• Work Setting: Hybrid (4 days in-person, 1 day remote)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $45.00–$76.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
