Qualifications

• Completion of AzEIP standards of practice for Early Interventionists within three years is required.
• Must be able to complete a successful background check.
• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and assessments for children under three years of age.
• Participate in Core Team meetings and Individual Family Service Plan meetings.
• Provide services in natural settings, such as homes and daycare.
