Qualifications

• Registration/licensure with state board of pharmacy as required.
• CPhT or ExCPT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years healthcare/insurance/pharmacy background preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience a plus; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform area-specific tasks per standard processes and policies.
• Be the expert with equipment and technology in the area.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with patients and care team for service delivery.
• Support quality improvement and site initiatives.
