• Contact physician offices to secure prior authorizations within designated timeframes.
• Process prescription orders received from referral sources by phone and fax.
• Maintain accurate patient information within Hub Program databases and spreadsheets.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
